The Pings Campaign
Before the Entertainer went completely digital, consumers had a tradition of bringing their books to the office in December every year, to give away unused vouchers.
I pitched the idea of giving away unlimited free pings at the end of 2016 to all customers, so that they could continue their tradition of sharing unused vouchers.
The free pings were welcomed and celebrated by users, resulting in over 22000 pings being redeemed in 2 weeks alone.
